Arthritis, Pain Support & ME/CFS ACT is now one organisation providing co-ordinated supports to people living with ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia and long COVID.

What we offer

Self help course

Learn practical strategies for coping with ME/CFS, Fibromyalgia and long COVID and how to develop your own individualised self management program. Adults of any age can benefit. The course is available to both members and non members however bookings are essential.

Access to all the services of Arthritis and Pain Support ACT

Members of ME/CFS ACT are part of the Arthritis, Pain Support & ME/CFS network in the ACT.  Members have access to the wide range of services provided by the organisation across the ACT.   

Lounging Lizards

Lounging Lizards is a support network for young people and parents/carers of young people living with post-viral malaise or have a diagnosis of ME/CFS or any other condition that means the young person has reduced energy levels and therefore is not able to fully participate in all elements of life.

The Lounging Lizards is a chat/Art Therapy group for young people living with fatiguing conditions.  Teens to young adults are welcomed.  This group is held on Wednesday afternoons and is supported by our Art Therapist.  General chat with the option of Art Therapy processes are involved.

Chat Support Groups

Support Groups operate Monday, Wednesday and Friday for people living with fatiguing conditions.  Groups are on a drop in basis held online.
