Telephone Information and Support Service (TISS) The Telephone Information and Support Service is for anyone who has questions about ME/CFS and FMS or who just needs to talk to an understanding person. The Telephone Information and Support Service is not a counselling service but rather offers support to callers from a friendly volunteer who is willing to listen. If you ever feel the need to have a real and immediate voice to talk to about your ME/CFS and FMS experience, phone 6290 1984 or email support@mecfscanberra.org.au and ask a TISS volunteer to contact you.
